PropertyActions is an early-access product. This policy explains what we collect when you use this website and join the early-access list, why, and how it is handled.

Who we are

PropertyActions (propertyactions.co.uk) is operated by CodeFirst. For any privacy question, contact hello@propertyactions.co.uk.

What we collect

• Early-access details — the work email you submit, and optionally your role and the number of properties you manage.
• Survey responses — if you choose to answer the short post-signup questions about how you track compliance today and what the product would be worth.
• Usage analytics — pages viewed and actions taken on this site, to understand what is useful. Analytics and advertising cookies are only set if you accept them in the cookie banner.
• Marketing attribution — campaign parameters (e.g. UTM tags, Google/Microsoft click identifiers) where present, so we can measure which channels reach the right people.

Why we collect it

To operate the early-access list, contact you about access, and validate and improve the product. We rely on your consent (for the early-access list and non-essential cookies) and our legitimate interest in understanding and improving the service.

Where it is stored

The product is planned around UK / EU-hosted storage with role-based access and minimal personal data in any exports. We do not sell your data.

Cookies

Essential cookies keep the site working. Analytics and advertising cookies (Google and PostHog) are only set after you accept them. You can change your choice at any time via “Cookie settings” in the footer.

Sharing

We use trusted processors to run the site and measure performance — for example Cloudflare (hosting), Google and PostHog (analytics) and Amazon SES / email tooling (to contact you). They process data on our instructions only.

Retention

We keep early-access details until the list is no longer needed or you ask us to delete them.

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal data, or to stop contacting you, by emailing hello@propertyactions.co.uk. You also have the right to complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ICO).

Important boundary

PropertyActions is an admin and recordkeeping tool. It does not carry out statutory assessments, replace competent professionals, or guarantee acceptance by a regulator, insurer, client or enforcing authority.
